Campaign File Upload Steps
To upload the file for triggering WhatsApp Campaign follow these steps:
- Download the sample format file form the dashboard in the format preferable to you MS Excel Or CSV. (Please note that the sample file would be in accordance to the template selected for marketing campaign)
- Click on choose file to upload the newly created file. Click on the submit button to trigger the campaign.
