Once you login to your SuperLemon dashboard, go to the Template section in the left side bar .

• Select the Automated templates you want to enable.
• Turn on the toggle button.

• Once you enable the template , click on settings.
• Select the language you want to send the message to your customers:

• Enable the discount offer , this will help you drive more customer engagement and increase the sale .

Please note the setting might vary as per the template you are enabling.Also, Automated WhatsApp message templates cannot be modified or edited, because message templates need to be pre-approved by WhatsApp before they can be sent using the API.Messages will be automatically triggered depending upon the defined time interval and use case.

SuperLemon also charges a usage based fee for automated messages. Please refer to the rate card to know more about per message charge.
