Common questions

Do I need to delete my WhatsApp Business Account?

No. With coexistence, your existing WhatsApp Business Account and Business App stay intact. You connect your number to Superlemon during onboarding without deleting anything.

Will my existing customer conversations disappear?

No. The Business App keeps working on your number. All your existing conversations remain accessible.

What plans support coexistence?

Coexistence is available on Brand and Scale plans. If you're already on a paid plan and completed onboarding without enabling it, email support@superlemon.xyz and we'll get it set up.

Can I still reply to customers manually while automations are running?

Yes. Automations run through the API. Manual conversations through the Business App run separately, on the same number.
