What is it
A WhatsApp spin-the-wheel is a gamified popup on your Shopify store. A shopper enters their WhatsApp number, spins the wheel and lands on a prize: a discount, or a "better luck next time". If they win, the discount code is sent to their WhatsApp number.
It works like the spin-to-win popups you may know from email tools, with one difference. Instead of collecting an email address that may never get opened, you collect a WhatsApp number. The prize, and every follow-up after it, reaches a channel your customers actually read.
You stay in control of the game: up to 10 slices, the odds of each one, a fixed code or a unique auto-generated code for every winner, and the wheel's colors, popup copy, logo and launcher button. It works on Shopify and WiX stores.

What is a WhatsApp spin the wheel?
It's a spin-to-win popup for your online store. Shoppers enter their WhatsApp number, spin a wheel loaded with your prizes, and receive their discount code on WhatsApp. It's a game for the shopper and a phone-number collection tool for you.
How is it different from an email spin-to-win wheel?
The mechanics are the same, but the wheel asks for a WhatsApp number instead of an email address, and the prize is delivered over WhatsApp. WhatsApp messages are far more likely to be seen than an email in a crowded inbox, so both the discount and your follow-up messages get noticed.
Can I control what shoppers win?
Yes. You can add up to 10 slices and set the probability of each. Slices with a discount code are winning slices; slices without one are losing slices. The probabilities must add up to 100%, so you decide exactly how often each prize comes up.
Do I have to create discount codes by hand?
You can, or you can let SuperLemon do it. For a static slice, create the code in your Shopify discounts (or WiX coupons) and enter it on the slice. For an auto-generated slice, you set a percentage and a unique code is created for each winner.
Can a shopper spin more than once?
The popup tells shoppers they can spin the wheel once, so the game stays fair and your discounts stay under control.
Can I customize how the wheel looks and where it appears?
Yes. Choose from 10+ wheel designs and adjust the colors, popup title, description, logo and side image. You can also style the launcher button, position it for desktop and mobile separately, pick the pages it shows on, and set the language shoppers see.
Is Spin the Wheel free?
