A Letter From Superlemon's New Owner

Three months ago, I took over Superlemon. When I did, the honest picture was rough. Support had gone quiet for months, several features were broken, and a lot of you had been left without answers. I've spent the past three months reading every support ticket and talking to as many customers as I could. That's not okay, and I'm sorry you went through it.
The Product Is in Better Shape
We've fixed long-standing bugs, improved how reliably messages go out, and expanded what each plan includes. The product today works better than it did before I came on. We're shipping faster now than at any point in Superlemon's history, and that pace is continuing.
New Plans, Simpler Pricing
We've restructured the plans. The goal was to make it easier to understand what you're actually getting — and to include more. CRM features that used to cost $15 a month are now free on every plan.
The three plans are Automate, Brand, and Scale.
Automate is for stores that want automated WhatsApp notifications — abandoned cart recovery, order confirmations, shipping updates — without the complexity of a full marketing channel.
Brand adds broadcast campaigns, segmentation, and the analytics to run WhatsApp as a proper marketing channel, not just a notification layer.
Scale is for high-volume operations that need a private WABA, advanced analytics, Shopify Flow integration, and priority support. Private WABA means your phone number, your brand, your sender reputation.
What Existing Subscribers Need to Do
Your current billing won't change on its own. We can't change your subscription without your action, and we won't. But the old plans are being retired, and we're asking everyone to move to the new structure.
We're reaching out to current subscribers directly and asking you to select the plan that fits your situation. The new plans include more than the old ones did, and all paid plans come with a free trial period.
If you haven't heard from us yet, head to Settings in the app and select your plan, or compare what's available at superlemon.xyz/pricing. Take your time — but do pick a plan, because the old ones won't be around forever.
Questions? Email me directly at rahulg@superlemon.xyz. I actually read it.
