Shopify Flow + WhatsApp: build custom automations with SuperLemon
Shopify Flow is Shopify's automation builder. SuperLemon adds a Send WhatsApp message action to Flow, so any Flow trigger can fire a WhatsApp template — far beyond the built-in automations.

Set it up
- Install Shopify Flow (free) and open it from your Shopify admin.
- Create a workflow and pick any trigger.
- Add the SuperLemon: Send WhatsApp message action and choose one of your approved templates, mapping variables (name, order number…) from the trigger data.
- Turn the workflow on.
Messages send from your WhatsApp Business API number and appear in your WhatsApp Inbox. Requires the Brand or Scale plan. Template message charges apply as usual.
