SuperLemon is a WhatsApp marketing, automation, and customer-support app for Shopify stores. It helps you recover abandoned carts, keep customers updated about their orders, answer support questions, and run promotional campaigns — all on WhatsApp, the channel your customers actually open.

Set up in 4 steps

  1. Install SuperLemon from the Shopify App Store and open it from your Shopify admin.
  2. Enable the chat widget — add your WhatsApp number(s) and pick a design.
  3. Turn on automations — enable abandoned cart recovery and order notifications. On the Free plan you can send up to 100 manual template messages per month; paid plans automate this fully.
  4. (Brand/Scale) Connect your WhatsApp Business API number — use your existing WhatsApp Business App number with Coexistence, register a new number, or migrate from another provider. Setup takes about 10–20 minutes.

No. The Free plan works without an API number — widgets and manual messages use your existing WhatsApp. You get your own WhatsApp Business API number on the Brand and Scale plans.
