WhatsApp Web Copilot: See Your Customer's Order History While You Chat

When a customer messages your store on WhatsApp asking about their order, your support staff has a few options: answer from memory, ask the customer to repeat their order number, or open Superlemon in a separate tab and look it up. None of those are fast.

We've been building the Superlemon Chrome extension as a side panel that lives inside WhatsApp Web. Open a conversation on web.whatsapp.com and the panel shows you who you're talking to — pulled from your Superlemon customer data — without leaving the chat.

What's in the panel

For any customer who messages you on WhatsApp Web, the Copilot panel shows their recent orders, recent abandoned carts, lifetime order value, and delivery address. The information a support person actually needs to resolve most queries is right there, next to the conversation.

Instead of asking a customer to resend their order number or digging through Shopify in another tab, your team can just look at the panel and respond. "Your order shipped yesterday, here's the tracking link" takes ten seconds when the order is already in front of you.

A lot of stores run support through WhatsApp already

Many small and medium stores handle customer support through WhatsApp — sometimes from a business account, sometimes from a personal number. It's where customers reach out, and it's where the team already spends their day. The problem is that WhatsApp has no customer history built in. Every conversation starts from zero.

The Copilot doesn't change how your team works. They stay in WhatsApp Web. The customer's order history just shows up next to the chat. For stores where WhatsApp is the primary support channel, that's a meaningful shift in how quickly someone can actually help.
